How to keep an overview of all maintenance (renovation) tasks on the house?

Hi Kati, right, the web application is built with Bubble. A mobile version is doable. From initial research, the effort seems manageable. I’ll see if I can implement it soon.

Thanks also for your feedback on the price. The difference to classic task trackers is that it takes over creating the tasks for you (see task pool), although of course you can also create your own. Price-wise, I’ve positioned myself slightly below common task trackers (Trello, ToDoist & co). The features will be greatly expanded in the coming weeks, so I believe the distinction will become even clearer.

What would the mobile version have to take off your hands additionally in terms of tasks to convince you?

Honestly, I don't see any added value in the whole concept. I use the free version of Trello because it is completely sufficient for me, also ClickUp (for our entire life^^) because I come from the IT field and am familiar with such boards. For statistics and cost overview, I use Excel. However, I am probably not your target group, as I can handle Excel / other tools well. For your target group who just wants something simple for the house, I agree with Silke - if they want to use something like that, then probably as a smartphone app.

I consider the latter unnecessary, since one of the partners usually does that. If necessary, one can also talk to each other;)

Fair enough. When I look at myself, I unfortunately catch myself too often not being "on top of all things" regarding our house. I also notice that repeatedly among my circle of friends. Hence the approach with pre-filled tasks (templates) that one can simply pull into their overview. Homerockr should also be a living project enriched by the community with task ideas.

Would you like to share what exactly you have put together for statistics / cost overviews? Certain KPIs you look at, year-over-year comparisons, ongoing costs?

I look at only a few KPIs privately. :D
I keep a simple household spreadsheet so I know what comes in and what goes out at the beginning of the month.
I then calculate a result after fixed costs, and deduct a few flat rates for groceries/drugstore, gasoline (which mostly doesn't apply anymore), cash, etc., and then I have an "outcome" at the bottom line of what should be left at the end of the month.
When the next salary is posted, I check in online banking based on the previous day's daily total whether my calculated value roughly matches what is actually left in the account. In case of large discrepancies, I might look into where the money went / where we were frugal.

Of course, we check in the online portal what the photovoltaic system/the battery are doing, and the amount of electricity we draw from the grid we observe rather incidentally. Other things, year-over-year comparisons and stuff like that, don't really interest me. If the washing machine breaks down one year, knowing that it didn't break down the previous year doesn't help me at all.

Ok, got it. Thanks for the insight. Currently, electricity and gas at our place are also running more under the radar. Sometimes we consume more, sometimes less. Here, I would like to achieve more transparency with the goal of a) saving costs but also b) consuming energy on the property more sustainably/consciously. For that, I first need to be able to orient myself somehow using benchmark values and later monthly comparisons. I also want to include and track photovoltaic.
