can gladly provide proof if the child is there are €4,500 net for one year

my net 2,700
her net 1,600 because of parental leave
child benefit 200

and that only for one year. then working more again.

the price for the house remains the same! 15 months price guarantee. You fox. And the land is bought from a private seller. So it stays the same. Your assumptions are completely irrelevant. And it will take months again until the first payment is due. So 2 years until the foundation slab arrives. More time to save. And through the BAFA there will be €10,000 for the heating system. These will additionally be used as an emergency fund for problems.

Anyone who negotiates such a pitiful net salary as Head of Financial Controlling (even at 50% part-time), I wouldn’t really overestimate their "some" financial knowledge *duck and run*

Great conversation here

True. Especially if it is:
A) about hospitals
B) company cars are billed (the farther, the more expensive)
C) a large part of retirement provision is deducted
D) target agreements are not insignificant
E) tax class IV applies
F)....

I do not work in industry or IT. I am aware that I would earn about 30-50% more there. However, I prefer hospitals myself. The environment is much more exciting than, for example, chemistry, where I worked before.

Does one have to justify here now why one is "only" paid €3,000 net after all deductions?
