Probably:
A) practically unfireable
B) slow work/no stress (government offices) -> I have the feeling that the photocopier even makes photocopies slower there
C) no pension contributions
D) money on the 1st of the month (in advance)
E) after 5 years of work at least €1,500 pension claims

No, I am not a civil servant. Don’t want to become one either.

Well, then you have to accept that the performance principle is being undermined here. I managed to sleep my way up in the company within a few years

I also consider the project here to be unfeasible. At least not as a new build, regardless of whether it is detached or a semi-detached house (see other thread). An existing property would be feasible, or a condominium. In any case, the second income is missing. Until then (and the family planning is completed, otherwise it will fall apart again) save save save.

But maybe you first have to find out for yourself what everything costs and what is possible:

@ Look at the prices of nice existing properties, generously add the renovation costs on top, and see what final price you end up with. Very generally, I claim a new build is always more expensive than a normal or simple existing property plus renovation. With the house exposé plus the renovation plan, go to your house bank or a broker and discuss it in a personal conversation. They will be able to tell you the maximum financing amount. But please don't start directly with a house that would require major refurbishment. Take something about 10 years old.
