And in my estimation, not even anymore back in the D-Mark days. Oh, there was a floor plan for that as well? – even if it doesn’t change the general tenor here: such things are often mentioned. The information about the stable was also "known" earlier.

OK. Will you tell me why this is relevant?
I mean the idea behind it?

One can generally read more from contexts than from individual details. The "multimedia" combination of narrative and plan also clarifies some things. The "barn" was probably only for chickens or rabbits here; for example, there is no indication of pig farming. Measurement chains are unfortunately often cut off in such pictures; the proud presentation of his red felt-tip pen was probably more important to the realtor here. The 12 cm wall thickness in some interior walls would have prompted me to ask questions in a seriously worth considering property. Overall, the plans suggest that it was a simple but originally solid house, the deterioration of which the builder probably could not have imagined. For example, it looks like a collar beam roof here.

Do I see correctly in the photo that the mold is behind a piece of furniture? For less money, that would be just right for me.. But there are no more bargains. After the collection date, the house will be gone. Locals usually don’t pay such prices. Someone comes from the city who is used to different prices and has saved the purchase price as equity.

I think so too. I guess you mean the kitchen. A friend rents a similar house one street away. The neighbor bought it two years ago for 80k and renovated it. : does that mean the 12cm wall thickness is possibly also a problem? How can you tell that from the floor plan? I really like this forum.... You learn step by step. ..... Now I also know what a shed roof is

After all, the house had 3 stoves, originally probably heated with coal, which then had to be carried from the basement up to the upper floor. In addition, you had to think carefully about which (favorite) child would get the room with the stove. I would not have thought that they still built like this in '68. Our house is from '63 and already had central heating.
