Year of construction 68 with standard before 1930, double windows already existed then. It was probably built by a handyman with little money. My recommendation, no new money in the renovation but demolition.

What exactly is the question now? How much money is available for a renovation? For a lender, the value is probably no more than a demolition property.

The house is not economically viable to renovate. If demolition and new construction are not an option for you, the property is not suitable for you.

If there is no minus sign in front of it, I wouldn’t take the property. You can save yourself the expert - even my dead grandma without glasses can see that it’s no good. Even "after the war" something like that would have been torn down.

Our neighboring house was gutted down to the foundations and renovated. However, the basic structure was light years better than this house. This property looks like it's ready for the wrecking ball!

The mold looks like it is under the wallpaper? If yes, you probably have another problem, the moisture might be coming from below.

PS. Electrical wiring also needs to be renewed once
