This is currently under construction, although a good deal smaller than yours. Hip roof and driveway from the northeast.

Yes, I am still thinking a bit about the size as well. The template was about 150 sqm. With the adjustments from the 130 sqm base, the architect suddenly came up with 160 sqm. I think if we get a bit more detailed in the planning, 150 sqm would also work well. It's still not that small, but it's always relative.
