Hello!
Here are the views.
Please give your opinion on the floor plan, the views, and the orientation on the plot.

Thank you

The placement on the property as well as the floor plan on the ground floor appeal to me. The upper floor is unspectacularly functional, only in the hallway I would be afraid that it is too narrow and dark. Perhaps the wardrobe room can be left open and glazed as generously as possible?!

However, I will never get used to hip roofs and on top of that hip roof canopies. And in connection with the ultra-conservative windows, it would personally be way too old-fashioned and dull for me. I know hip roofs are currently hot stuff (for whatever reason), but how about trying a gable roof, green flat canopy, and a somewhat more varied, dynamic window layout.

Hip roof definitely wants my wife :)
Regarding window layout, do you perhaps have suggestions on what would be better?
For the carport, we already have a flat roof in mind but are not sure if it all fits together then

You can also overdo the hip roof: I would only put the hip roof over the main building body, check if the headroom works out, just extend the roof over the stairwell projection, convert the terrace roof into a shed roof, and do the same for the carport roof (in the area of the cars then as a gable roof with a ridge between the cars).
The window arrangement seems quite well balanced to me; in my opinion, it would only be different otherwise.

In my youth, the disco mice were crazy about Asbach Cola. The hip roof is, in a way, the pageboy haircut for the house. The glass bricks from fifty years ago were "worse," and I find hip roofs, even if slightly overdosed if necessary, still a nicer sight than the smoky eyes that always give the substitute villas that lascivious-knockabout "something" *LOL*
