House planning on existing land

I imagine that only a smaller area in the northeast would fully protrude from the ground and that a large part would be "underground" (as also marked in green in my current sketch). Or am I mistaken?

I only see the green outline in the back-left corner of the property, but have no clue what you are planning there.

Red = Haus
Dark gray = Carport
Green outline = Excavated garden area at basement level

So the garden is supposed to be lowered there, and at the corner of the house the cellar then becomes a basement?

Yes, something like that. The slope runs in that direction anyway.

Do you have elevation cuts from the slope?

Is there already neighboring construction?

Where do you have a view, disturbing neighboring buildings etc.

For me, also on a slope, a simple model of the slope and a model of the house helped tremendously.

After that, stakes and measuring tape on the property.
