The garage then at street level. Maximum 2% slope of the driveway. House then so high that you can plan the terrace on the garage (carport). Presumably, the neighbor to the east will block the view.
I would definitely not build a bungalow here, if anything, plan for the expansion of the roof.
But according to the elevation plan, the cross would be in the south … Southwest or southeast? Doesn’t matter! I wouldn’t orient my house according to just one view, since you rarely stand in front of the window and look and look and look. Rather, I would position a bench outside so that you can linger there sometimes. But my suggestion combines both: Provided the garage/carport is on the 24-side and the bungalow is rectangular or L-shaped, adapt it slightly higher to the terrain so that the terrace is in the south/southwest, that is, closer to house number 6 or 8. I assume a hedge because of the street. The supporting foundation can be disguised with steps or plants. The images load poorly for me right now, since I currently have poor Wi-Fi at the campsite… then probably the view would be understandable? Possibly plan the living area facing south for the view. Attic with stairs: a multifunctional room with windows from where you can then see the Alps. That also works with a gable side facing east…
Sorry for the confusion: 1. Cross = south 2. Alps = southeast From which side would the driveway to the carport be? Do I understand correctly that you place the ground floor into the slope towards neighbor number 19 (elevation 827), with the consequence that one side of the house wall is embedded in the slope? The carport and house would then be at different heights, right?
