Doesn’t matter! I wouldn’t align my house based on that one view, since you rarely stand in front of the window and just look and look and look. Rather, I would orient a bench outside so that you can linger there.
But my suggestion combines both: So if the garage/carport is on the 24 side and the bungalow rectangular or L-shaped is adjusted somewhat higher to the terrain, then the terrace would be in the south/southwest, so rather towards house no. 6 or 8. I assume a hedge because of the street.
The supporting foundation can be disguised with steps or plants.
The pictures load poorly for me because I currently have poor Wi-Fi at the campsite… the view would probably then be understandable? Possibly plan the living area to the south for the view.
Attic with stairs: a multifunctional room with a window from where you can see the Alps. That would also work on the gable side facing east…

From which side would the access to the carport be? Do I understand correctly that you would place the ground floor into the slope towards neighbor no. 19 (height 827), with the consequence that one side of the house wall is in the slope? Carport and house would then be at different heights, right?

Maybe that’s already included in your description, but just to be sure: should the house run along the side of plot no. 19 or 24? I have now looked at the slope again and ended up here to keep the earthworks lean. The floor plan is just a compact example, but the child and storage space (and multifunction room, if there is still space) go under the roof with a gable facing SSW. The height of the top of the planned wall is at 827.5 or 827, then on the SE next to the carport, a terraced garden, towards the entrance then steps. Carport further down. ps: Dimensions are not readable and therefore roughly estimated.
