A maximum of 10 modules fit on the CP. That’s about 4 kWp. Then, from a certain time onwards, the CP is shaded by the house. This is not very effective with a SW orientation. Is it allowed to build that high at the boundary according to the development plan?

I wouldn’t make any suggestions to the architect. Just describe exactly what you want.

Guys, this is a _sketch_ on a plot where the measurements are illegible and what is readable in no way comes close to the specified square meter figure. It serves as an example to show that you can build with a single-story house (with an expanded attic for the child) _with_ the slope.

I don't want to be a smart aleck either. Even if it annoys you. The given numbers (which are unfortunately hardly legible) show the building envelope.;) The 23.5 m are probably flat dimensions. The OP probably doesn't want to correct that either. A plan with legible dimensions is not too much to ask.

Correct, the 27.07x27.50 m are the external dimensions and 23.07x23.50 m the building envelope. The plans are at home. I will upload them right after the vacation.
