Why don’t you move the garage or carport to the southeastern corner? Then there is more space in the preferred southwest.

...because no edge development for carports is allowed there. See the first post of the OP :)

Unfortunately, the municipality, for whatever reason, did not act in the interests of the builder. Then it also comes into play that I have to leave at least 3 meters of space to the right and upwards.

For what? For the house? The boundary construction in this case is no different or worse than for any other house construction. You can also plan very well with this, an advantage for yourself and also for other builders.

It’s unthinkable if your neighbor were allowed to build right on the boundary!

The bend must be kept clear by a green strip about 3 m upwards and to the right.

I am also quite glad that my neighbor’s building window only starts 5m away from the property boundary.

Unfortunately, I am still struggling with myself whether to place it all the way to the left and next to it the carport/garage as a privacy screen. That way, we would really be undisturbed to the southwest or south.

Hello to the specialists once again:)

One question still occupies me. My neighbor's property is about 1 meter higher than mine. What would I definitely need to consider here in the planning regarding the height of the house; protection from rainwater, etc.
