Single-family house in 1/2 story construction.
1-story construction. 1/2 does not exist.
Knee wall is planned with 1m raw measurement.
That would then be roughly and by guesswork (-screed + roof support) +-90cm finished measurement.
On the plans, north is at the top. On the south side, i.e. the entrance, there is a Frisian gable
But that contradicts itself. Is the entrance now at the top of the plan north or south?
Actually, the laundry chute is no longer planned.
I will mark the 2-meter line tomorrow but I have actually calculated that it should fit with the cupboard.
There are too many actuallys in your sentences.
Do you have a requirements catalog listing which components the house (besides the dormer) should have?
For a laundry chute, no one is definitely willing to bend down so much that they fit under the 90cm high slope.
Where is the access from? Garden side??? I am wondering about the location of the utility room – short pipe routes should be maintained, if possible...
If south is at the bottom of the plan now, why are you putting the utility room on the chocolate side southwest of the house?
That would be my first point to change: mirror the house and swap the utility room with the office.
But maybe the plot dictates this location? Tell us what motivated you to this.
No cozy seating area in the living room – I get the feeling that you have not progressed further (chimney), and now we should continue planning?
Everything else has already been mentioned by my predecessors.
One more thing about the gable: The gable has a special roof shape and should therefore be assigned a special room.
I like that you have set up a utility room upstairs.
