Tip from me: Get an architect involved. This won't work otherwise.

A bathroom like this in a new single-family house – a no-go. In a rental apartment or a small terraced house, I might still tolerate something like this, but not in a house of your size.
Access to the kitchen is totally inconvenient
wasted space in the ground floor hallway – I don’t mean the size, but the usability.
Upstairs "wrong" room layout. It would be better as follows: bedroom = bathroom, dressing room = utility room, utility room = bedroom, bathroom = dressing room. Then the upper floor would be okay.

Get an architect, it’s money well spent.

I would also reconsider the position of the outbuildings, why isn’t the garage located as a boundary construction. The 3 meters behind it are simply just a dirty corner.
