I air out every morning for 10 minutes crosswise (I have a window and a balcony door in the bedroom). After that, depending on the outside temperature, it's about 15°C. When I go to bed in the evening, the temperature is about 18.5°C. In the morning after getting up, about 19.5°C.

ah, so it is 19.5°C after all, with 21.5°C in the hallway it's just the expected 2°C difference and not 5°C. ;)

After 8 hours of sleep and 2.5 people in one room, it is of course inevitable that the temperature rises. The windows are closed at night. The bathroom is now at 23.5°C. I need to reduce the endpoint of the heating curve a bit.

Sorry, but this all seems a bit uncoordinated.
Here’s a measurement with an open window, there’s one with the shower/hairdryer running, ...
And all of this with the ERR slide rules.

But well, the main thing is that you feel comfortable and it’s pleasant for you!

you have to read properly. I said that the bedroom does not get warmer than 18.5°C with an adjoining bathroom at 23°C and an adjoining corridor at 21.5°C. That the temperatures change when people are in the respective rooms is obviously logical. The whole thing referred to the statement that nowadays you cannot achieve significant temperature differences within the thermal envelope.

I have read and recognized that it is not particularly structured. ;) And I stick to my statement. Because if the window is open, the thermal envelope is no longer given. It could make sense, for example, to form average temperatures. Otherwise, you just make the others unhappy because they measure more systematically and then do not reach these differences.
