It is after airing at about 8:00. I always keep the shading on the south side at "half-mast." It never gets above 18.5°C in the bedroom anyway.

There are really only the following reasons for this: either interior walls and doors are well insulated (Poroton?, tapestry? ...?), or the thermal envelope is poorly insulated, or the windows are open. Therefore, the question about interior walls and the thermal envelope: the better these are, the more the temperatures inside the room equalize.

what certainly contributes a bit is the carpet in the bedroom and the wardrobe that stands against the wall to the bathroom. Otherwise, I have very dense doors due to the open design. Interior walls are not insulated. The windows in the bedroom are not open or tilted at night. Only for shock ventilation after getting up.

Heating in the bedroom is practically off!
2 exterior walls, north side…?
But airing out for 5 minutes does not allow a room in a new building to cool down so much that it takes half a day before 18 degrees is reached again.
But as mentioned, heating is basically off.
In the utility basement without heating, I also only have 16–18 degrees.

Is there a reason why it is still not completely off?

2 exterior walls, southeast side.
Sure, only very little heat is given off, but it is not off.
