Front view windows are suboptimal and need to be optimized

they also sent us the drafts while I was just in the delivery room. I had been pushing for months because I knew exactly that after the birth I wouldn’t have the headspace for it anymore. It took way too long and now I’m really blaming myself for not taking more time.

There is a street in front, but it is not used often. How would it look if the parents’ bathroom window was placed on the left side above the toilet? Would that be better for the front if there was no window there?

How would you clean the window that is by the stairs? I don't think I would be able to reach it at all

In our first house, we also had a window like that; I cleaned it with a telescopic pole. I also once had a window cleaner who set up a ladder inside on the stairs.

I really don’t think your husband’s idea is bad at all! It’s also significantly cheaper than actually changing anything about the windows. Don’t worry too much about how things went. In the end, you will still be happy in your beautiful house. You get used to everything, even the dative. ;)

My gut feeling is that you’re looking at five figures if you can only start that after the final inspection. Above all – do you want that? When you’re already stressed out with the construction, you’re glad when you’re done with it. Then you don’t want to tear open the facade and interior construction again.
