Good day,
we have already started construction and the shell is up. Unfortunately, I now find in hindsight that the front view bothers me. Even during the planning phase, I was not 100% convinced, but I was repeatedly told that the house is planned from the inside out. Now we have decided that we are willing to accept changes up to 4,000 euros so that I don’t have to live with this feeling of discomfort for my entire life. Unfortunately, the changes are only possible after the building inspection. My husband can also do a lot of it as he already has a lot of craftsmanship experience. Every time I look at it, I want to give up everything and hope that you can save the facade with great ideas.
I am uploading a few pictures.
Thank you very much in advance

I understand that on one hand, but on the other hand you won’t get far with 4k euros after the building acceptance... Look at it this way: You will see the front view a maximum of 3 times a day, you will see the view from the garden and the interior decoration more often.

More symmetry desired? How about:
1. Enlarge the parent bathroom window identical to the main bathroom
2. Add a window above the stairs on the upper floor in the size of the main bathroom
3. Child 3 window size to match the window of the main bathroom

That would be, to me, how it is very often seen in other houses as well.

PS. Practical/impractical hidden, seems to be only about the appearance.

that's true, but I just can't hide it. especially this small window at the top right bothers me a lot. My idea is to make the window exactly the same size as the window below. And maybe also make the office window floor-to-ceiling (I will add a picture). Just wanted to ask if anyone else has smarter ideas, because I feel like I'm at a dead end.

that definitely looks better. However, those would probably be changes that go beyond our scope.

I honestly wouldn't know how to change anything meaningful on the facade with 4K Euros?
