Don't arrange the areas cooking, playing, eating, living like pearls on a string, but rather as an L. The living room slightly separated The play area integrated into the kitchen living area In the play area then the alcove Later you can make the play area more homely, similar to a small living room

I used to think more of an L-shaped floor plan .. but what about the possible attic conversion then? I'm really a total layman .. but I imagine that would be difficult??

Why? I am also an amateur, it should work in drywall construction, I think

I don't remember exactly but my husband had something to criticize about the layout. He said an L shape is out of the question.. I think he wouldn't be able to fit his garages then ...

Regnauer is a good tip, I had also thought that there would be a suitable wavelength in terms of style.

For me, this search did not lead to the goal...

... or a chaise longue would also be quite nice to me

Possible. For bricks, I would expect 49, 36.5, or 24 cm; 50 or 25 would rather be aerated concrete plan stones. I suspect the 37 here as the sum of 25 cm concrete plus 12 cm insulation stuff. But I had also formulated my question imprecisely and partly aimed at the aspect of what the core building material is and whether it is supposed to be used monolithically. And sometimes there might also actually be different stone formats in AT than in DE or CH (?)

Regarding the L-floor plan: the concerns probably revolve more around the standing height area, in which one could build out – by the way, you can’t borrow amateurism – but in my opinion a floor plan shape should rather result naturally than be pursued, otherwise I would see the risk of a shift in priorities.
