One person simply values a living landscape, another needs an oversized kitchen to live out their passion.
I find it absolutely important that one sees their very own needs and wishes reflected in the floor plan. In the forum, everyone should then assess this from their perspective or, if possible, from that of the future user, as far as he or she also explains themselves in detail here. It becomes difficult or even pointless whenever someone stubbornly defends "their" design, although it is actually the architect’s. I recall during my own build a critic who advised me to relocate the kitchen and dining room to the upper floor because of the view. That would certainly have been unusual, yet I thought it through for us, even though in the end I did it differently. Unfortunately, the OP does not respond to all critiques, because I would have actually liked to understand why, for example, the living room is conspicuously small compared to the generous hallway areas mentioned by , especially in regard to the size of other rooms. Of course, everyone may build what they want or what the building authority allows, but for me, that is a "conspicuous feature," and if the community is to participate in the discussion here, their comments must also be addressed. I even particularly like very extravagant designs, but I also like to understand why this or that is the way it is.
