Floor plan: who has the master bedroom on the ground floor?

I would look for a way to use the [OG] even with walking difficulties. Whether it is a lift or a stairlift. The [EG] is partially cramped. Suitable only to a limited extent for walking aids such as wheelchairs or rollators. A basement is being built – how should the laundry go up and down with motor impairments and an [OG] with a lot of "empty" space.

I find the discussion really exciting – especially because it shows how important it is to think about the future today. We also planned a lot in advance when building the house, and added some things later over time. For example, a pool cover because we noticed how quickly comfort and maintenance aspects become noticeable in everyday life. I find the idea equally sensible to invest in smart solutions like a lift when space is limited – so that the house functions in the long term.
