I doubt that. I think this is supposed to be the room height. Story height is measured from the top edge of the floor to the top edge of the floor above. That will be somewhere around 2.9m. Then the staircase in the drawing is about 1m too short if you don't want a chicken ladder, and a staircase 1m longer ruins quite a bit. I would also reconsider the 2.51m for large rooms. Overall, a professional should be involved in the case of a slope, and please leave your sketch at home. From my point of view, a lot depends on the point from which the building heights are calculated.

So I don't really like the layout above. How would it be if you swap the dressing room and bathroom 3 (if you really need 3 bathrooms) and put the master bedroom into the 16,x sqm room instead. Then the bathrooms have a common wall and are located above the kitchen. This is certainly much easier for planning the services. The children's rooms are then also similarly sized, the master bedroom is separated, etc.
