I don't like it! The facades are not my thing. Well, they don't have to be, but that's how it is... -> unattractive. Skylights are emergency lighting, they cannot be the main windows (children's room). The number of double casement windows is also due to the poorly thought-out planning of a building volume that is too long. Bedroom without space for a large wardrobe, but I do like the shoe cabinet at the head end :D However, you won't sleep well in this spot because the first sleeper (top of the plan) feels like they are in a traffic area. Bathtub under the sloping roof at 220 sqm also seems like a failure to me. You enter the upper floor facing a direct wall opposite the staircase. The arbitrary slanted wall and the window at the corner of the diagonal wall - that shouldn't happen during planning. And if you planned it yourself, you should hand over this job. Because downstairs there are plenty of square meters simply useless. Too large hallway, utility room is just a sluice wardrobe (or do you want to walk through the kitchen into the hallway with dirty shoes?) Why doesn't the utility room open directly into the large hallway with a generous wardrobe? To save 4 steps from the kitchen to the storage space? The terrace is in the shade from the afternoon, it's a pity about the evening sun. Guest WC is way too small, whereas the dining area is too restless because it is open to the hallway with partition walls. The restless building volume (outside) is probably due to one room being enlarged here, another room being changed there to make it look fitting? The room concept also works with 160/170 sqm :)
