No, not on 8x10 - I did not say without reason to orient yourself on the house profile of the neighboring half.

So what now – open or not? – with the blocking requirement I'm out.
Take a look at "Irrwege der vorausschauenden Hausplanung" and "Wann ist es Zeit, ans ´Altersbauen´ zu denken?" (on "Bauen jetzt").

So I also built the house under the condition of separability. That was a lot of work. Every floor simply needs EVERYTHING and it also has to be fire-separably dividable. Based on the first plan, I drew the separate plan and also had it approved – phew, that was a tricky piece and required several changes. The ground floor is now designed to be as age-appropriate as possible and that had a thousand aspects that are not immediately visible: - Generally door width / maneuvering space for walkers etc., especially in the bathroom - Space & connections for the washing machine (currently perfectly used with a urinal, was a great decision) - The space for a later access ramp made it necessary to relocate the basement window, which required re-planning the house connections, which in turn made a tree in front of the house impossible - and countless other things So separability is not just doable like that.

As far as can be seen without measurements: I would omit the door in the ground floor hallway/living room. The sofa won't be placed like that anyway?! Because how could one watch TV? It is anyway bad practice to misuse the quiet area as a passage room. Besides, the kitchen needs short paths. So a door opposite the stairs, then you also get furniture upstairs. That will be quite a challenge with the wall standing so close. I don't think entering the WC with this double door is exactly ideal. Upper floor and attic, I miss the numbers... not readable so far. With the bathrooms, I also don't understand the two squares on the upper floor… The drawn utility room would be something else? When separating the floors for 2 residential units, for the ground floor it applies: either bedridden resident or teenage single.

Where is your house located here?

I recently noticed that practically every sitcom thrives on someone constantly walking through the scene ;-)

I would say the bathrooms are one of your smaller problems. How do you plan to sit on the sofa under a roof slope of less than 1m? There is completely no imagination for that, and the planner is probably already laughing their head off at you. And where is the kitchen supposed to go for the upper unit? This wardrobe in the stairwell is also questionable. You can’t even reach behind the door.
The lower unit then goes through the kitchen to the bathroom and probably sleeps right behind the apartment door? But luckily it has the terrace all to itself, while those upstairs languish under the slope and can’t step outside. There isn’t even a balcony.
So honestly, one can only hope you reconsider your priorities and start over.

What should go into the [Technikraum]? I find the size too small, because not only do the devices have to fit in, but workspaces are also needed to connect and maintain them. Incidentally, there are "Technical connection conditions," e.g., for the electricity meter cabinet, that must be complied with.
