That would be too dark for me again. I know, photo and all. I can pass as a photographer with that. In principle, those are too dark corners for me.

Huh, and how are the corners supposed to get brighter? It's already a floor-to-ceiling window and a regular window, isn’t it? Should he move his dining room into a conservatory? Install a glass front? It's just a normal dining room.

Dark furniture in the corner just makes it dark. Completely normal and found in countless living rooms. You just have to like it. Or not. Then you can say so. I like it like this, it looks coherent. But I wouldn't want to live in it daily. But that question doesn't even arise. Still, I always like such photos, I enjoy looking into others' places. Every now and then you do get one or the other idea.
