Hello, I am now a bit further along. Notarized contract signed and paid. So now it can begin.

The property is located in Schneeberg, in the green area I have presented it before.

After long experimentation, 2 floor plans have now been thought through and sketched.

Variant 1 Optimized. Without attic conversion

Here is the ground floor

Contour lines every 50 cm. Slope approx. 15%. North is at the top. The house without garage is 12*7.5m.

Here is the basement

Elevations

Variant 2 with possible attic conversion

Ground floor

The staircase in the garage is just a test. The window for the staircase is still missing. The 6 steps in the corner as well.

Basement

Attic

I don’t have the elevations for Variant 2 yet
I have adjusted the terrain modeling.

Please feel free to critique. Or suggestions on how to improve the floor plans.

Best regards from the hillside house

I assume you already own a property. So what is this going to be: a retirement home or a vacation house?

The children are grown up and the current house is too. The two rooms will then be guest rooms and hobby room / office.

The same applies to you as to others: the questionnaire is necessary and useful for constructive criticism. Basically, I envision a house for four people, basically a family layout with a double bed and two children's rooms. Intellectually, you have so many freedoms to design a house, which I do not see here. Energy-wise, it's quite bad with the interior garage. I tend to go with V1 if the seating window is removed.

Intellect here is extremely limited. The driveway is only possible as drawn. Now you can only build parallel to the SM in the NW or along the building boundary. I am very grateful for other ideas. Since it is to be built without a basement for cost reasons, the version with a residential basement has emerged. Which in my opinion works well even without retaining walls. The view to the east is also an argument for the construction method. Yes. alternatively, the house should also work well for a family with 2 children (resale value). Garage! It should actually not be in the thermal envelope just like the terrace underneath. The bay window has now become a panoramic window.

@hang Whose? That is then rather a kind of cave, whose use in my opinion will turn into a dump within a few hours (probably already during the construction phase). Sorry, but I lack the imagination of how that could become a cozy seating area.
