Let the staircase turn 90 degrees near the start, position the staircase so that you come out in the middle upstairs, and you still have yoga space in a loft or a small room for care upstairs. If you are actually planning for 70+, then I would probably like that (even if some small things are changed). I would also take that with 50 or 60+. But you have to know what you need (room program). For me, I know that I prefer to live more simply without a pantry and so on rather than rooms that can store a lot and gather dust.

I do not understand the thing with the stairs.

For example like this. Then you come out under the roof ridge and can use it better. Or do you get upstairs with your stairs? It doesn't look like that to me.

Thank you . I don't like the staircase directly from the living room. I had visualized it once. But your idea also works from the hallway. I have incorporated that. Only the staircase is not possible in the program. I improvised there. It looks poor in the floor plan.

The washing machine and dryer will go under the staircase.

Here are the windows on the upper floor

Yes, sure. It was just a quick example. Some planning is required.

Some planning is definitely required... secondly, a dream house is not designed overnight.
