That's correct, but we'll probably have to swallow the 100k €. Because the basement is rubbish.

... after the house was apparently already rotated by 90° compared to the development plan. I am therefore confused as to whether the pink marked area now represents the actual house location. So a lot of saved money to reuse it. A basement is a basement. It doesn’t have to be nice. And it’s big enough so that it doesn’t have to be elegantly divided. Did correctly guess the positioning on the property?

This is how the basement/house is situated on the property. So yes, it fit.

What do you mean by rubbish?

At 100k, I would consider preserving the basement. You can even preserve parts of the house. It doesn't look that bad in the photo. Show all views of the house, preferably with photos.

You should read everything together. The 300k is only supposed to be for the house, OK the floor slab, the basement is calculated separately with 100,000. Whether that is reasonable is another matter. Nevertheless, you are assuming false facts.
