True, but that has little to do with the existing structure. Probably mirrored as well. The entrance is in the backyard. I wonder if the outside stairs exist?

If the ceiling of the basement is so low and presumably also damp inside, you might as well just knock it down. Besides, you are free in the planning of the entire property. I wouldn’t be squeamish about it, and the excavator, which is already there anyway, doesn’t care either.

Okay, I agree with that question; also with the one about the terrace, whether it exists. The vestibule would be removed, and the new entrance could be placed where the cellar stairs currently come up.

If damp, then yes. Floor height is 235, so room height probably about 210, which wouldn't matter to either the jars of jam or whoever goes down there. Except for laughing, you don't go to the cellar for anything enjoyable. The cellar is a cellar substitute room substitute. You don't put the trampoline there, only store it.

Unfortunately, the cellar is damp, but I have pictures of this right away.
First, the exterior view (the facade is deceptive)

Unfortunately, I will not be able to finish my floor plan today, but given the current dynamics of the project, I am already curious about the reactions to the pictures.

Do you already have an offer for the demolition?

Not a concrete one yet... but I expect about €30,000.

Clearing out and gutting will be done by myself.
