The terrace does not exist. Further below, I will show all views.
If wet, then yes. Floor height 235, so room height probably about 210, would be irrelevant both to the jam jars and to the one who goes to them. Except for laughing, no one goes to the cellar for anything enjoyable. Cellar is cellar replacement room replacement. You don't put the trampoline there, just store it.
