I hope I understood that correctly. Somehow the basement doesn’t really match the house. The plot is oriented to the north.

That's clear. But if I want to keep the basement, one should adhere to it. Demolishing the basement and rebuilding it easily costs 110k.
It seems the basement is bigger than expected. Or are there still extensions present?
