A small update:
I quite like the floor plan. One question – although I might be completely mistaken right now: The floor height in the cross-section always seems to be missing the 20cm floor construction, right? 2.6m room height + 0.2m concrete ceiling + 0.2m floor construction equals 3.0m floor height.
That has really kept us thinking quite a bit over the last few weeks! After much back and forth and discussions with the architect and the building authority, we submitted a supplement to the building permit (there was a separate brief discussion about this in another forum). In short: We have received an oral approval from the authority for more height; in total, we can distribute 40cm across the floors. Now the question is, how?
Currently, we have the following floor heights
Basement 2.4 (minus 8cm floor construction = 2.32 RH), Ground floor 2.6 (minus 20cm floor construction = 2.40 RH), Upper floor 2.6 (minus 20cm floor construction = 2.40 RH)
I am now thinking, for example, of the following: Basement 2.5, Ground floor 2.7, Upper floor 2.8 or Basement 2.5, Ground floor 2.75, Upper floor 2.75
What do you think?
Take a look here: with the chimney flue and the doors, you have to mediate... and additionally the WC window, something like that
I drew two versions. My favorite is the version with the large living and dining area and the built-in cupboard. The pantry had to go, but the kitchen should offer enough potential for storage space; overall, I see advantages regarding storage space due to the built-in cupboard.
