The bedroom wardrobe is actually 50cm deep, also in the drawing. Just like our current one. I personally find deeper ones annoying and this is enough for clothes hangers.
The providers we have been talking to so far described the offset between the bathroom on the upper floor and the utility room on the ground floor as unproblematic, even after my explicit inquiry. What disadvantages would arise specifically from the current layout?

The table is already extended as shown, normally half a meter shorter. Ah - missing info: The doors in the dining area are supposed to open outwards. Does that fit, or is it still too tight?

Bicycles and additional storage space will go into the garage. The development plan forces us to have 2 independently accessible parking spaces - so the one we have parks outside.

So, I tried the 2m line. But it's very rough because wall and ceiling thickness and other details were certainly not correctly considered... Unfortunately, the nice grid always disappears when exporting.
I looked into the drafts of a provider. For the staircase with the dimensions as here, a step height of 18.6 cm and a depth of 23.5 cm is specified.

The children's rooms still don't have any furniture, and for suits, 50 cm of outer cabinet depth is rather tight. You should swap the rooms because of the pipes so that the bathroom is above the utility room. Window-wise, that can be balanced out. I also meant the tip about the double casement window seriously; I have been planning houses for more than forty years, completely without "3D animation." So far, you have only mentioned a knee wall verbally; I don't see it in the drawing. Where did you get the chicken ladder step measurement from?
