The kitchen and dining area is 21m² - I personally find that huge. With chairs pushed back, there is still 50-90cm of space around the table. What would be a standard length for a staircase with 1/4 turn and 2.5m ceiling height?
Bicycles and additional storage space will go into the garage. The development plan forces us to have 2 independently accessible parking spaces - so the one we have parks outside.
