I noticed something else. Is the cloakroom corner on the ground floor by the utility room wide enough? If necessary, jackets and shoes could also be stored in the utility room. A larger niche for the cloakroom could also be cut out of the utility room.

Yes, the topic of the utility room keeps occupying us repeatedly. The niche is sufficient for compartment shoe cabinets and coat hooks. Not for nice cabinets. After deciding on a house provider and a specific heating system, the space requirement in the utility room will probably be finally clear. Then it will be fine-tuned here again...

Unfortunately, I can't properly display the attic from the outside with the online planner. Therefore, the assembled views are now without the attic. Nicer pictures will probably be available on Friday from an architect. I am very curious to see what he has made of the designs at the beginning of the thread

I just looked at the plan in #1 again. It’s definitely a good idea to make adjustments once you have the exact specifications for the technology. A wardrobe niche would be really good. I might put a wall on the left side of the sofa in the living area (only about as deep as a sofa) so that you sit a bit more separated from the passage and don’t have people coming in the front door directly behind you. I hope that’s explained clearly; I can’t find better words right now...
