Floor plan optimization / Division of ground floor in semi-detached house

After a long search and consideration, we have now arrived back at the semi-detached house. According to the builder, two parking spaces per house must be provided, as far as I understand, but not one behind the other.

: it would be really kind if you could check again whether you still have the files. Do you think the straight staircase would be feasible on the ground floor? Or feel free to suggest other options.

In principle, nothing has changed regarding the other conditions. Concerning the property, no conditions can be changed since the remaining houses have all been sold.

I found both solutions you created great, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work because of the parking space problem. However, I also think that due to the lack of a basement, we would be dependent on a somewhat longer garage anyway, as otherwise there would be no parking space for lawnmowers, bicycles, etc.

Additionally, a shed on the northwest side for bicycles and stuff (where the car is shown in the sketch). Leave the rest as is. Terrace then only southeast. Or back to the original draft.
