4.70m is not enough. It looks bad for the initial installation. No space.

Too bad, that would have been the solution...

Yes, maybe you can convince the BU to push the house one meter further to the east. Then there would be enough space for the car and the walkway side by side. The terrace would just be 100% in the southwest. But the house partner will surely object to that.
It's really annoying – you actually don't want to overestimate the fact that the kitchen with dining area can't occupy the entire southwest front. But it would bother me so much that I would start doubting the entire property.

Shifting to the east will unfortunately not work, as the neighboring house would then no longer comply with the required 3 meters to the next property.

And what if the two parking spaces (or just the rear one) were kept as planned? So without a garage. Or do you think it will be too tight with the entrance? You would then have to pass by the cars on the side, which could also enlarge the garden.

I'm afraid so. As soon as the car is there, you can hardly get out of the front door anymore. You could also radically consider placing the parking space to the east. The one meter difference makes a big difference for the path to the front door but little for the view from the living room to the garden fence. Terrace then consistently only in the southwest. If not, it wouldn't be unlikely that he might put his garage on the other side...

The terrace in the other direction already has the nicer view and the garden would become even narrower that way

The house on the left is already there, it is an existing property that is being completely renovated. But on that side, the 3 meters would have to be maintained again.

If you only had one parking space on the left side and placed the entrance at the left corner, it should still fit, right?
