Floor plan optimization / Division of ground floor in semi-detached house

If you look at the remaining drafts, you wonder if the designer has any idea about the sun and light at all? Almost all houses are oriented to the north. The only one with a south view has no parking space at the house. The highlight seems unsellable. What a waste of building space!

If it were mine, I would reserve only one parking space for the car in front of the house. If you push a bit, maybe there is space for 2. Definitely move the entrance to the northwest. Kitchen to the west corner.

That's exactly what I meant. Oh, in the attic, we wanted to have a large room instead of the guest room. Possibly with an additional walk-in closet. I would also swap the bathroom and laundry room on the 1st floor.

How is the parking space issue regulated by the municipality? What are the distances from the house to the street? Does the car even fit in front of it? If yes, is it allowed to park there? That would need to be clarified first before the entrance can be relocated.

The parking spaces + garages are marked in the attachment. It is 4.70m from the house to the street.
