Have you already determined the height of the [EG] for yourself? What have the neighbors done? What does the building authority say about it? They want to set the height after all.

I have marked the building envelope once. Unfortunately, it cannot be read precisely in your plan. Is the building envelope 16 m wide?

In my opinion, you are violating the building envelope in the north by 2.5 m.

this way you are within the building envelope.

You are right about the building envelope, I also have something from the west side, but the garage is then angled

With a relevant height difference of 1.26m, the 11ant basement rule (which will appear in eight days at a known place, by the way) aims for the basement replacement costs to approach 70% of the costs of the constructed basement, so a basement.

I would share the real estate as I said. If the 2 floors are planned, then in my opinion it works better that way.

Also rather without a basement.

Maybe I see horses everywhere because I have a horse myself, but why so far away from the street? That is an eternally long access path/paving, which also makes the whole thing more expensive.
We have a similar hillside location. We have built a half-level into the slope. I don't know what it's called in technical jargon, but when you look at the house from the street, it looks like a bungalow. From the back, you can see both floors.
To get to the living rooms, you go down the stairs in our house. The garden is then behind the house. You can go directly from the living room into the garden on the same level.
I'll attach a few pictures. We are very happy with the solution. And we were able to hide the excavation on the property. Backfill is extremely expensive at the moment.
