Then I just don't have to make the garage right-angled, I will have to do it that way if necessary when I need to comply with the building envelope. Or I forego the passage from the garage into the house, but I would really like to have that.

I have already moved your house including the garage into the building window. That works like that. Otherwise, see post

You can no longer edit within 1 minute here. Post #34 is meant.

Your floor plan doesn't work. You don't have a separate entrance for the [OG]. Better said, your residential unit on the [EG] is not closed off.

Oh come on, you "just" have to reload the page once, twice, three times (for each like individually, of course), and it "then" works (not always) ...

Hello.

When I add up the total costs for my project "Basement and two upper floors," I come to the conclusion that I will omit the attic.

So only the basement (due to the slight slope) and the ground floor will be built.

We have often talked here about the positioning on the plot, and I would like to have some suggestions from you regarding the development and division of the rooms. The drawn furniture is partly somewhat larger, which is intentional so that space does not run out later.

The remaining children's rooms, utility room, laundry room, will be in the living basement with large windows facing north; the windows do not have light wells due to the slope. North is at the top of the drawing.

The ground floor should be "barrier-free" and also be able to be lived in that way, with the bathroom, bedroom, and office present on the ground floor.

I actually quite like version B, but it has the 19.2 m long driveway: As recommended, I have tried to create a "private area," visitors usually only see the hallway/staircase, guest WC, and living room. I can reach all rooms from the garage through my own hallway. The routes to the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are reasonably acceptable.

Now I keep thinking about how to shorten the long driveway (there is occasionally snow here at 660m, paving work, yard maintenance, etc.), hence version C with the garage at the front by the street and house and garden rotated 90 degrees to the south and west sides.

Garage on the boundary, house 2.5 m from the boundary, footprint roughly the same (150 m²), living, dining, kitchen with 50 m², entrance area for guests with wardrobe and guest WC, private area on the right side of the house with entrance through the garage, bathroom, bedroom.

Now I am still missing the stairs to the basement and an office on the ground floor, and I don’t know how to arrange that.

You are also welcome to make completely different suggestions; the must-haves are:

Access through the garage
Bedroom with dressing area (no separate partition wall needed, a wardrobe unit is sufficient)
Living/dining/kitchen with approx. 50 m² on the south or west side
Bathroom on the ground floor with double washbasin, dryer and washing machine, and walk-in shower
Office/children’s room with 10-12 m² on the ground floor

What could still be optimized in version C, or how could the rooms be divided?

Thank you very much

Regards
Ralf
