Sorry, I haven't read everything yet. Is there a reason why you are trying to design a house on a slope yourself instead of consulting a trained professional?

The slope is not very steep, inside the *house* it is 1.5m

So far, I have not consulted an architect, but am planning with two GÜ (no system houses).

I just want to think for myself whether and how I can get something better out of it than what has been done so far.

Before the usual "shrugging shoulders" and "it simply can't be done differently" comes up, I want to think it through.

Regards Ralf

I'm really not sure if this is supposed to be a joke? And they don’t have a specialist for that? Who does the "previous" come from? Unfortunately, I don’t see anything I would build. There is nothing wrong with that, but I would recommend not to become emotionally attached to the designs nor present them to anyone as a decision aid. Every euro you invest in a professional of your choice (please not a mere draftsman of the general contractor) is money well spent, I would say. Some of us have already made various sketches here, but if I wanted to build a house on a slope, my first question would be: Who will be my architect and how much money do I need for him?

That is exactly the difficult size. Too much for a flatland floor plan and somewhat too little for a "real hillside house". In addition, 1.5m is also critical when planning the outdoor facilities. This usually can no longer be subtly compensated but requires securing and stairs.

First, mark the building envelope. Somehow you seem to have a good connection to the building authority. Did they approve a deviating building envelope for you? If yes, everything is fine.

But I rather suspect no. Then either comply with the building envelope or submit a preliminary building inquiry. Ignorance is not a good planning basis.

You are also ignoring the prescribed ridge direction.
See here!

Have you clarified with the building authority what the specified finished floor height for the ground floor is? It is also unclear to me how the plinth on the slope is supposed to work. The half meter at least argues against a semi-basement living area.

You won’t get any further here with DIY. General contractors and planners are also overwhelmed.
