I once tried to place the building envelopes under the picture.
I noticed that the plot to the right has a different boundary line in the development plan; it used to be a larger plot.
The house next door also does not adhere to the building envelope, but I don't know what the chances are.
In favor of the neighbors' photovoltaic systems, I would set the house slightly further back.
In my opinion, the planners at the general contractors are also competent (more or less), but I want to think about it before the next appointment. What I could still change in version C.
The general contractors plan the house, but I still want to optimize the interior layout.
, what would you change?
Maybe someone has Photoshop skills and can overlay the actual buildings and the building envelopes to see to what extent the other structures had to comply. The actual buildings have a white background that could possibly be set to transparent and then overlaid over the building envelope development plan.
Thanks!
