Oh yes, and because I can't find the edit function right now: The shower in the guest bathroom (that's the small square in the top left, right?) seems WAY too small to me. According to the drawn wall dimensions, it can be a maximum of 70 cm, or rather less, right?

You are stubbornly holding on to the staircase..., which is not good for the design. The problem with the last design was, among many other things, the dark corridor in the basement. Now in the revision it is completely dark, is that intentional? As mentioned, the staircase is one of the most important elements in a multi-story building, please take that into account.

The basement remains non-negotiable. Should the bathroom really be accessible from the bedroom? That also has disadvantages but in any case requires good planning. Please furnish all rooms, especially the bedroom.

So far it is only about one floor plan with one view, but a design requires the overall consideration of the property with [Himmelsrichtung], view, neighboring buildings, legal matters, etc. Probably more can be achieved with a different building geometry.

In other words, your approach is suboptimal. If you continue without a good planner (ideally an architect familiar with hillside houses) and after several attempts present a poor minimal compromise solution, a builder will praise you highly for it and just build the house for you. But for building once in a lifetime, it simply can be done better.

That just shows how different tastes are. For me, nothing else than a bathroom access through the bedroom would be an option.

How expensive is the box supposed to actually cost (Statik macht hier einen Grossteil der Kosten aus)? The architect's fee is a joke compared to that... so best to go straight to him/her, no other advice can be given... sorry

Everyone has their own requirements; mine are:
- bedroom with morning sun
- access at the foot end without a visible door
- separate dressing room, where entering and using it does not disturb the sleeper
- bathroom, where entering and using it does not disturb the sleeper, but is close by.
and all preferably in a separate wing or connected with an anteroom

To be honest, the floor plan also gives me the creeps.

You squeeze past the car to get into the house. Don't you like visitors or why isn't the entrance area more inviting? As soon as you are inside the house, you almost fall down the stairs; on the other side, there's a gigantic closet acting as a room divider. I would prefer a wall there - if only for the structural stability.

The pantry is a joke! It is 60 cm deep. Lay two long rulers end to end, then you'll know how small that is. What are you supposed to put in there?

The rooms in the basement are all designed like corridors. The bathroom is huge. What do you want to put in the middle? Or do you want to dance there?

I assume that a staircase nicely placed in the middle of the house would create much nicer rooms.
