Good evening,

I mean 18 years ago - still, I can't walk on water.

I don't care how you live currently or in the future. Surely, neither do the users who replied to you here. Maybe you simply confuse wishful thinking with constructive criticism?

They probably lack a role model who demonstrates respectful interaction?

Rhenish regards

So, me again. Being able to read is an advantage. Of course, that’s not from the architect, that was the template we gave him. He’ll be done with everything next week. That drawing cost me half an hour back then. He should do everything else, my time is too precious for that. Actually, I wanted something constructive for the rough draft, but it’s true, I’m too self-confident and know what I want to let myself be told how things were built 50 years ago and are still partly done today. By the way, take a look at the Griffner model house in Mannheim, it’s very similar. The architect is no no-name, on the contrary. But I’m not supposed to pass on his drawings. No offense. By the way, I looked at the house from the ypg (I think, I’m in the car) on the homepage. Looks good. Congratulations. I also looked at the Bauexperte homepage. Gulp, no words. So that’s it for the conclusion. Now you can think what you want, and from now on I’ll spend my time usefully again so that I can afford a few more of such strange houses.

Lastly: thank you for the compliment. It almost matches the role model. But not quite. I admire people with independent thoughts who have made something of themselves.
Since you want to be the beneficiary of this forum with your consulting firm, I suggest you delete this topic as a moderator. I wish you lots and lots of luck with the consulting company.

Good idea!
It's probably a fake.
What a waste of time.

Someone is probably confusing self-confidence with arrogance - just like ß with s ;)
Thanks for the house anyway!

A cup of tea or rather a schnapps? (Popcorn I have given up)

The original post also stated that the self-created floor plan was supposed to be the basis for architectural planning; later on, that is already in the past, prefabricated houses are mentioned, then the design continues independently, the architect who is supposed to be "his architect" is no "noname," and everything will be finished next week, the static calculations even checked by 2 architects.

At best, only someone who has never dealt with house building will find this plausible.

I hope at least the original poster knows that the mentioned architect is not his architect, but that of the house construction company, prefabricated house provider, or whatever.
