True. As drawn, one would probably run into the sloping roof.

I do not understand the factual criticism of the draft - for me, the OP has not yet raised even the slightest suspicion that there is already a plot of land on which the house is supposed to fit. In this respect, I also see no facts really missing here to assess the buildability of the draft. From my point of view, only the question "am I a natural talent as a Sim house painter?" is currently open, and I can freely and loudly answer that in the negative without objective assessment criteria. Based on the Tevje hypothesis "if I were rich one day," the lottery win necessary for the realization of the modest hut will simply have to be sufficient for a suitable plot of land as well. Cheers!

To be able to fundamentally criticize errors here, you actually don’t even need a plot of land. But you could have simply mentioned that briefly and concisely as criticism.

It is closer to the question asked than many of your answers.

This looks like a first approximation of a life in your own house. The question of whether there is a plot of land for it and what your planning for it looks like is quite relevant in order to discuss the floor plan in more detail. At first glance, it looks like a castle in the air. I think I can recognize a few basic ideas – and I also find them understandable. - Basically single-story living with a spacious feeling - ceiling height is key - Children can climb stairs - of course. - If you work, you will probably still be fit enough to walk one floor up to the study. - Technology away from everyday life - Man-cave DIY refuge - Cars need a roof - Living and dining belong together - Sitting outside protected under a roof I know this type of design from other countries. My sister in South Africa built with a similar concept – but without children and due to climatic conditions without the need to protect technology from frost. In detail, many things are different and more considered. Questions remain open: How does light get into the living area if the (somewhat small) terrace is roofed? What is the transition between the kitchen area / open space / stairs? How steep must the stairs be? How is headroom achieved in the toilet below (many consider a toilet door opening to the open space a no-go, I don’t mind that) How must construction be done to put the technical room into a thermal envelope – what does that cost extra? What purpose does "Flur2" serve? Where to put coats, shoes and other utensils usually stored in the hallway? How do large pieces of furniture get into the house and into the respective rooms? ... These are just a few that come to mind. Please describe how you want to live and which plot of land you already (have in prospect) for this.

I believe the attic in thread 49445 actually exists, and thus its statics and comparable "details" are also relevant. Here, however, I see a child's drawing without a credible reference to reality, and I am accordingly amazed that this fantasy is being discussed as if it were reality – nothing more. "Errors" are only the planning mishaps if there is a reality that they would fail against. Let us wait for a statement from the OP on whether he wants to discuss his Simshaus planning software attempts here or a serious private home. I definitely see a significant difference between the two.
