For how many people is the building intended? What do you understand by barrier-free? Why barrier-free? How big is the height difference in the building area? How do you want to connect the garden to the house? Which floor plan should be discussed? How should the house also the property
We have also dealt with the topic of barrier-free design. 90cm doors are completely sufficient for a rollator. For a wheelchair, you have to do more than just make the door slightly wider. If a wheelchair is not currently necessary, I would go for a max of 90cm. Wider doors cannot be opened "in one go." You always have to take a step back while opening them. We had a very good advisor in this regard during the door selection  What personally would annoy me a lot is the door in the kitchen. The kitchen is already so small, and then you build a door and significantly block the storage options. I would rather make a lift-and-slide door, e.g., in the living room, and then use it, for example, for groceries.
