I assume there is a building boundary (see neighboring houses)

Exactly. If the manhole cover is the reference point, what is it supposed to stand for?

The neighbor also has the garage in the basement. Show some pictures of how the property looks.

Name the development plan. With such selective information, you can do little.

Wall heights in the attic are limited. That’s confusing, because with a gable roof you can’t comply with that.

Always these interpretations? Where is the development plan?

In my opinion, the garage / carport should be located at the east boundary, as you already gain 1.11 m in height there.

Placing the house as close to the street as possible also helps to reduce costs. Likewise, planning the house to be narrow.

Your driveway needs to overcome 1.5 m in height over 5 m. That is too steep.

Here is my version. According to the details mentioned here.

Unfortunately, the garage driveway has more than 15%. This should be examined a bit more closely.

Here with approx. contour lines.

The terrain has only about a 24% slope. However, during road construction, the north side was cut into. Hence the steep embankment at the beginning.

Perhaps the house should be rotated to align with the contour lines.
