So, one of us two still doesn't really understand the heights. If you want the terrace behind the house and additionally on the garage, which terrace door do you want to use to enter the rear one? From the attic? Or do you want to dig away the hill behind the house and sit in a huge hole?
I sketched this once:
Assuming you put the garage in the basement and align the height to street level, then the basement would be completely buried in the hill. On top of that the ground floor, which would still be more than half inside the hill. A terrace at the back would then rather be accessible from the attic. (Note! These are just sketches to get a feeling for the slope)

Of course, you don’t necessarily have to align the driveway to street level. A car can also handle some height. But that is more a matter of centimeters than meters. (Maybe one of the car enthusiasts knows what slope a car can overcome at most without scraping?)
Please correct me if I am misreading the slope. I see a difference in height of 7m across the property. Can you take a look at this? You have experience reading "slopes".
How did the neighbors build? Do they also have 2 terraces behind and next to the house?
May I ask which program you used to model this?
