Is that the same one you use to make the purple floor plans?

We probably have very different perspectives on the heights:

Yes, in the past the world was still purple at Avanquest. Now I think they are rather light blue. It means the basement starts about 80 to 90cm above street level. The driveway including the 2m height difference is removed for this.

This is a huge monster house. That fits even less with your budget. Just name the maximum you can spend all-in. Does the plot already belong to you?

The property is already ours. For the second house, we had been given a turnkey price of 680,000. (650,000 is our maximum). Again, excluding earthworks, incidental costs, exterior facilities.

The entrance belongs in the basement. At the parents-in-law's, there is a chain in front of the stairs for months because of ice and snow. Everyone then goes through the garage into the house, including visitors.

Up to 15% or 8.5 degrees, driveways are relatively easy to drive on. The more it is, the worse it gets in winter or with heeled shoes. At my parents' or parents-in-law's (both have significantly more than we do), I have often slipped on my backside while spreading salt and shoveling, and the car has also somehow ended up stuck in the driveway.

Add a five-figure buffer to the turnkey price until the statics are available and included in the price.

So a lowering of about one thirty below the current terrain, thus the underground floor is lowered to a basement. This is not only a lot of budget for excavator buckets, but also a significant intervention in the groundwater level. What does the geotechnical report say about this?
