I believe that in new construction there must be the possibility for each child to have 1 room.

Sharing the children's rooms is out of the question. Then the potential move wouldn't really make sense. As stated multiple times, our children are the top priority. No offense, but sleeping together in one bed and not having a personal retreat during the day/sharing a room with different friends/sharing toys, etc., really have absolutely nothing to do with each other. As the headline already says, it is about a house with 4-5 children's rooms. Small children's rooms, as already suggested, I find completely acceptable. They all have their hobbies and are often outside as well.

It is known. Wishes are also known. Create a list and off to the architect. We can then gladly discuss the floor plan. And always keep the budget in mind.

Once the decision for the new house is made, I would also go to the architect/planner with a list of things that must be, can be, and don't matter. It would also be good to know two variants with 200 and 170 sqm at the current prices. The offer price might discourage you; the companies are now planning buffers for themselves, which you of course have to pay.

No no, I meant each child having their own bed, but in a shared bedroom; and additionally, every child gets to sleep alone in the guest room for one week in turns. So, double use of the guest room, a shared multi-bed room for the children like in a youth hostel. Additionally, two coworking spaces for the children: one for playing and one for resting.
