We currently live in an old building with a converted attic of about 165 m² and a basement. We might be able to build an extension since we’re missing two rooms, but the house is now simply very poorly laid out for us, with, for example, a very narrow entrance area and many long narrow hallways.
Maybe you should – whether it was just for discussion or also to contribute to brainstorming about an extension – show the existing house once.
Hanse has this one option that would fit our room planning so well. Gussek Haus has nothing that could fit. Then so much fiddling has to be done again that it actually can’t be worthwhile.
A hypothetical comparison between equally sized Viebrockhaus / Gussek Haus is, in my opinion, probably less skewed than between Viebrockhaus and Hanse.
Yes, I am waiting first until everything is completely gathered. The construction and service descriptions are too different.
What ultimately matters is the comparison of the descriptions
after supplementation / re-selection. And yes, preferably also between offers for the specifically requested house. One more suggestion by the way: you could also divide the children’s rooms by function, sleeping and playing; and in the children’s bedroom each has their own bed for sleeping together and takes turns sleeping alone in the guest room for one week at a time.
