With underfloor heating it is usually always warm. >25 degrees is quickly reached but usually only with an additional heat source.

Yes, I always look in there now and then, but I haven't acted yet ;) Ultimately, it usually includes picking them up and cutting them yourself… I won't be able to do that anymore without ailments. At the moment, we have briquettes from the hardware store.

well then, go ahead and spend the 15-20k for this great gimmick with everything.
It was never on my list and would be the first thing to go now.
Leave out ERR, heat continuously 24/7, then it's never cold in the house either ;-) besides, you also get extra heat from the sun during the day in winter, if you like.

Were there yesterday for the second appointment. Unfortunately, we had a misconception - we thought that at 3k/sqm you can simply subtract the saved sqm... In reality, you can probably only subtract about half because the planning, electricity, underfloor heating are already there anyway and it doesn't make much difference whether you install 14 or 16 sqm of underfloor heating or the lamp needs 25 cm more cable. There will be some replanning now because I immediately planned pantry/walk-in closet with Ivar or Pax. The door from the bedroom to the walk-in closet will be omitted, instead the Pax will be built as a U. Also, the access from the kitchen to the pantry will be removed. Bedroom without a wardrobe and the bathroom smaller. I think it will end up around 155+-.

I still have a question about the garage... It will be about 6.4 meters wide and 5.9 meters long inside... Is that enough for 2 vehicles + 2 e-bikes + trash bins + Vespa + 2 sets of tires etc?

And what flooring would you choose for the garage? The general contractor said most garages are paved... I had tiles or a coating in mind... There was also a suggestion of a special smoothed concrete. My thought process is that if a car drips, salt or something falls/drips/is spilled, I can just hose it out easily with tiles or a coating. I am very uncertain about this topic...

Regarding the garage size: if you have two small cars, e.g. Smarts, then yes. With two SUVs definitely no. You also have to be able to get in and out. And maneuver the other vehicles. Just take the size of your cars and calculate how much space remains around them.
